At No Pong, we’re committed to keeping shipping costs as low as possible for our wonderful customers.
Shipping Rates
We want to make your B.O. history in the easiest, most cost-effective way possible.
That’s why we currently ship all of our orders of 1-6 tins via USPS First Class Parcel with tracking at checkout. We just pass on the cost to us, to you, so we can keep things as affordable as possible. It is an additional $3.50 for 1-6 items, $2.50 for our Monthly Club and orders of 7-12 tins will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Parcel for only $1.50.
Shipping Times
We aim to get your order on its way to you the next business day after you order or sooner.
Keep an eye out for our shipping notification email that will have tracking details and signifies that the order has been sent! 💌
Order Cutoff Times:
We’re early risers. We export our orders first thing every business day at 8am New York time to pack, label and get them on their merry way to you!
Orders received up to 8am will be sent same day. Orders after 8am, will be processed first thing the following business day from our warehouse in Mississauga, ON.
